Hifu therapy is indicated for the regeneration processes for tissues presenting problems, such as mucous membrane atrophy and vaginal hyper relaxation.
 
The Hifu ultrasound energy is micro-focused on a series of thermal energy points of about one tenth of a millimetre in size below the surface of the mucous membrane.
This beam, focused at a depth of 3 or 4.5mm and at a temperature of 60-65°C, creates a coagulative microdamage determining a regenerative process induced by tissue denaturation.
